Adding Contacts
You can now add contacts into the system from within WealthWorks+ without the need to go to Troika. The option is accessible from the red 'Actions' button found at the top of each page. Select 'Add Contact' and then the contact type (individual, trust, company, partnership, foundation or other) from the list. Once the contact has been created, the contact will be available to all users in the system and can be used within the entity registers. Please use the new Entity Onboarding feature to add new entities into WealthWorks+.

If you are using the WealthWorks+ built-in roles and permissions, users assigned these roles will automatically be granted access to this new feature as outlined below. If you have created your own roles within the System Admnistration area of WealthWorks+, then please edit the permissions to give relevant users access this new feature.

Updating Entity Administration and Contact Details
You can now update the administration details, contact details and personal information for every contact or entity from within WealthWorks+ by clicking on the pencil icon, found at the top right hand corner of every portlet or section of data.

Onboarding New Entites
You can now onboard new entitites from within WealthWorks+ and then update and maintain the entity details from within the system. The onboading process allows you to add to the system new Trusts, Companies, Partnerships, Foundations and Private Investors. The onboarding process allows you create the basic details for the entity, add contact details, classify the entity and then allow it to be approved before activating it within WealthWorks+.

Document Store
You can add now upload documents to WealthWorks+ and store them against an entity or contact. A description can be given to the document and it can be filed into a folder to organise your files.
