This release focuses on major enhancements to Plus Composer (including support for Include/Exclude Rules, Repeating Sections, Safe Custody, and UI/UX template management tools), improvements to core Reporting & Dashboarding, enhanced Entity Details administration, and comprehensive system stability fixes.

 

Key Highlights & Features


Plus Composer & Document Generation

  • Include & Exclude Conditional Rules: 
    • Added support for creating conditional logic (Include/Exclude rules) on document fields and sections based on text, numeric, date, boolean (Yes/No), and repeater count (List Count) conditions.
    • Added dynamic operator and value inputs tailored to field data types, with full support for rule editing, rule nesting, and rule/nesting validation.
    • Rules now display index identifiers on 'Rule Start' and 'Rule End' labels for easier pair identification.
    • Added a dedicated Clean Up button to scan and clear unmatched or broken rule/repeat section tags.
  • Repeating Sections Support: 
    • Added support for repeating sections across UI panels, Word document insertion, template opening/scanning, and document generation.
    • Added List Count as an available field/rule parameter for repeating sections.
    • Expanded repeating sections support to cover additional predefined lists (e.g., Director List, Signatory List, Certificate List, Safe Custody List, and Shares Overview).
  • Template Scanning & Validation:
    • Plus Composer automatically scans and validates opened templates, detecting and automatically resolving duplicate Field or Rule IDs caused by copy/paste operations.
    • Added support for generating and referencing Plus Composer documents within WWSupport as statutory form types.
    • Safe Custody Integration: Integrated Safe Custody parameters and lists directly into Plus Composer.


System Admin, Reports & Dashboards

  • Passports Due to Expire Dashboard: Added an optional filter ('Filter Active Connections') under System Settings to restrict expiring passport alerts exclusively to contacts with active relationships linked to viewable/filtered entities.
  • 10-Year Anniversary Dashboard: Extended the 10-Year Anniversary dashboard scope to display all upcoming anniversaries across the next 10 years. [Support #36005]
  • Register of Members Report: Introduced a 'Style 2 (Succinct)' option to produce the Register of Members report with no page breaks. [Support #30833]
  • Categories & Custom Fields Report: Fixed SQL handling for boolean (Yes/No) values to correctly interpret both 0/1 (Troika) and true/false (WW+) data formats.
  • UI Controls Modernization: Standardized report style dropdowns and reporting currency parameters using select2 controls.


Entity Details & Onboarding

  • Entity Date Labels Administration: Added administrative controls for managing Entity Date Labels (e.g., Dissolution Date) across Company, Partnership, Estate, Individual, Trust, and Foundation entity types. [Support #35375]
  • Onboarding Enhancements: Added support for rejected entity references in onboarding workflows. [Support #32577]
  • Entity Columns: Standardized visual formatting by replacing 'EntityTypeColumn' usage with 'EntityWithColour' columns.


Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements

  • Plus Composer & Word Add-in Fixes
    • Rule & Tag Handling:
      • Fixed issues where boolean rules evaluated incorrectly or failed when changing values from Yes to No.
      • Resolved date rule evaluation issues across differing client/server locale formats by standardizing universal date representations.
      • Resolved bugs causing loss or detachment of Rule Start/Rule End tags when adding nested rules or editing adjacent text.
      • Prevented manual field whitespace issue where spaces were incorrectly injected into field tags upon creation.
      • Fixed rule evaluation and layout formatting when rules within repeating table rows were not met.
    • Repeating Sections:
      • Fixed table row iteration errors, duplicate iteration rendering, and lost section start highlighting in complex multi-row repeating structures.
      • Fixed missing repeat section parameters on Shares Overview and incorrect selections on Certificate List parameter controls.
    • Document Generation & Error Handling:
      • Fixed generic 'Unable to generate document' and 'undefined' errors caused by empty parameter selections, non-breaking spaces in filenames, or missing object references.
      • Corrected value population for lists in Statutory Forms and document generation exports.
  • UI & General System Fixes
    • Fixed issue where 'Client Investment and Assets' view 'i' opover did not render.
    • Fixed alphabetical ordering of Saved Filters List.
    • Corrected button alignment in Firefox and restored proper error/success notification banner styling across the UI.
    • Resolved issues in Entity Details portlets where default dissolution date labels were incorrectly assigned across entity types.
