Support may require access to a workstation to assist in troubleshooting reported issues. We use remote software to link to a workstation, where TeamViewer is not already installed. This remote support viewer program was delivered during installation and is included in the Troika installation folder on the workstation, either in C:\TWW\Troika or C:\Program Files (x86)\TWW\Troika. It is named 'TroikaSupportQS.exe'.
Following notification that TeamViewer are ending support of TeamViewer 11 and 12, this 'TroikaSupportQS.exe' application requires replacing.
Users may see the following warning when interacting with the support team:

Please make sure both sides are running the latest version of TeamViewer, TeamViewer versions 11 and 12 will be discontinued soon.
Please update now to keep connecting.
The revised file will be rolled out as part of our next Troika release, 2.09.027, due later this year.
In the meantime, you can download the latest 'TroikaSupportQS.exe' here and save to your local Troika installation folder, either at C:\TWW\Troika or C:\Program Files (x86)\TWW\Troika, instead.
