New Features


[Support #31484] 

An amendment has been made to show the warning 'WARNING - This period has been closed off - you may have to reclose the period' only when an edit to a transaction, in a closed period, has been made.  Prior to this, the warning was displayed on exiting a transaction, even when no edit had been made.


[Support #31494] 

When posting a capital event you can now leave the General A/c blank and the posting will use the Capital Bank A/c code setup within the Default codes for the investment ledger.


[Support #31483]

The transaction edit window now displays date and timestamp information relating to the transaction's initial entry, and the edit. The Bank Reconciliations function includes a new 'Edit' button allowing easy access back to that transaction edit window, to view that information, if required during the reconciliation process. Finally, Transactions - View contains a new column 'Last Edit' which displays this full information too.

Sort options have been added to the Nominal Detail screen, so the results onscreen and be sorted by either Date, Detail, ID or Amount, ascending or descending.

When posting a batch dividend and there are pennies variances, you can now allocate these automatically by clicking on the button next to the 'Variance Amount' field.

You can now change tax codes within a dividend batch. Once changed on one client a message will appear to ask if you want to change the code for all clients in the batch

A new delete button has been added to the Standing Charge - Client Basis.

A report option is now available within a nominal, in Charts of Accounts, to display the nominal codes picked for a form. For example, the Digita Excel file.

A 'Cancel' button has now been added to the Accounts Production 'Run Accounts' process, allowing a user to cancel the running of accounts, if required.
