Where a client is set up within WealthWorks+, it may not have had any nominal codes attached to it. Within Troika users may see the following warning:
Warning - No Code Set Applied Currently
To correct this, from the Wealth Management module, select the Client tab and the menu option Fund Nominal Codes. Select the 'Apply' tab and select the type of client you want by selecting the relevant class from the list, and clicking 'Apply Class'.
The list your system presents you with may differ slightly to that shown above. The principle is the same, and you can select 'All Nominal Codes' if preferred.
Click 'Close' to save changes.
