This is a video tutorial showing how to manage and maintain the Source of Wealth and Source of Funds for an entity in WealthWorks+.

- Add supporting documents to a Source of Funds
- Use Maintain Lists to Add/Edit/Delete both the Source and Evidence descriptions for 'Source of Wealth' and 'Source of Funds'.
Tutorial Transcript
To Add a new Source of Wealth to an entity, select an entity and go to the Compliance tab. Then select the Source of Wealth tab and click on the Add icon. Select a source from the drop-down list. When you select a source, details of what needs to be recorded to demonstrate how it was validated will be displayed. Select a contact if relevant. Enter the value and currency. You can also add a description. Enter the date the source was verified, then click Save.
(00:51) To edit a Source of Wealth, click on the Actions button and then Edit. Make the relevant changes and click Save.
(01:03) You can also upload copies of the documents required to verify the source. Click on the Actions button and then Source Documents. This will open a window where you can drag and drop documents or click to open the file explorer window and navigate to the file location. You may need to change the file type to All files. Once the relevant file is selected click Open to save it against the source records.
(01:32) There is also an option to delete a Source. Click on the Actions, then Delete and then Delete again.
(01:43) To Add a Source of Funds, the process is the same. Go to the Source of Funds tab and click on the Add icon. Select a source from the drop-down list. When you select a source, details of what needs to be recorded to demonstrate how it was validated will be displayed. Enter the value and currency. You can also add a description. Enter the date the source was verified, then click Save. You can then use the Actions button to Edit records, Add Source Documents, and Delete records.
(02:20) To edit or add a new option for the Source of Wealth or Source of Funds, go to Options, and Data Configuration and select Maintain Lists. Then from the drop-down list select the appropriate option (Sources of Wealth or Sources of Funds). Then click on the Add icon to add a new entry. Complete the details and click Save.
(02:45) To edit an existing entry click directly on the entry in the table to edit it. When you click out of the field, it will save the change automatically.
(02:57) To delete an option, click on the Actions button for the relevant entry and select Delete and then Delete again.
