The following issues were addressed in this release of Troika, version 2.09.011.


New Features


[Support No. 24462] A change has been implemented to allow an additional Type within the Register of Directors and Secretaries, a Reserve Director.

[Support No. 8769] You are now able to post repeating transactions for income and expenses on assets in the Global tab.  These transactions will then show on the ledger for the associated asset.

[Support No. 24732] An option has been added to the Document List export functionality to now export in .xlsx format, as opposed to .xls.

[Support No. 24798] The ability to run the cash control report in global reports by value date has been added.

[Support No. 22744] You are now able to bulk recalculate CGT history through Utilities - Tools.


Fixes and Changes


[Support No. 24414] A display issue with edited/deleted Synopsis memo entries appearing in duplication in accounts has now been resolved.

[Support No. 24532] For those clients using the SIX feed for investment pricing, please note the addition of three further London exchanges will be becoming available - 1363 (TRAA) TRADEcho, 1364 (TRAC) TRADEcho 2nd Currency, and 1365 (TRAY) TRADEcho 3rd Currency.  These will be available for selection within Utilities, Tools tab and 'SIX Exchange Identifiers', allowing them to them be selected on individual investment records, in the event you wish to check this exchange for pricing information.

[Support No. 24605] An issue with one-off charges not being displayed within the WIP Transactions - Edit menu option has been corrected.

[Support No. 24649] The character length for VAT Rate names has been extended to 100 characters. 

[Support No. 24739] A correction has been made the Gross value displayed on some Credit Notes within Client Enquiry to show the correct value displays here in the Time system currency.

[Support No. 24750] The User Profile reports within Utilities has been enhanced to include user email accounts.

[Support No. 24624] The VAT return figures can now be manually adjusted to take account of any partial exemption amendments.


The following probate specific issues were addressed in this release of Troika, version 2.09.011.


New Features


[Support No. 22493] The Estate Status Report (Wealth Management, Global, Reports), has been further enhanced in order that the results can now be exported direct to Excel.  To remind users, when using a date range, this will now return all clients where the IHT Form Submitted date is within the range, however no Date of Probate has been entered on the case.  Removing the date range altogether will return all estate clients where no IHT Form Submitted date has been entered yet.  Any further assistance required, please contact Support.

[Support No. 24792] The new IHT100 form released by HMRC (version 05/20) has been incorporated into Troika.

[Support No. 24790] The new IHT421 form released by HMRC (version 05/20) has been incorporated into Troika.

[Support No. 24772] The new IHT400 form released by HMRC (version 05/20) has been incorporated into Troika.

[Support No. 24820] The new IHT403 form released by HMRC (version 05/20) has been incorporated into Troika.

[Support No. 24821] The new IHT38 form released by HMRC (version 05/20) has been incorporated into Troika.

[Support No. 24734] The new IHT35 form released by HMRC (version 05/20) has been incorporated into Troika.

[Support No. 24834] The new C4(C) Continuation form released by HMRC (version 02/20) has been incorporated into Troika.

[Support No. 24731] Date of death transactions entered within Load Data in subsections 419_1, 419_2, 419_3, 419_4 and 419_5_2 are now automatically assigned an additional 400_80 or 400_82 entry (as appropriate), for automatic inclusion on the IHT400 form, within boxes 80 and 82.

[Support No. 24211] Further work has been done to populate the PA1P form with applicant contact details, and details relating to the deceased from data entry already made within Estate Details - Edit.  Further information on this can be found on the Support Portal here.
