New Features in WealthWorks+ 4.4.0


  1. A new Contacts menu group and Contact directory to give easy access to all your contacts.
  2. Meeting Minutes and Meeting Agenda schema administration menu option to design and maintain the document structure and content.   The option to clone an existing schema is also now available.
  3. Two sample minute and agenda templates with differing styles have been provided.  Contact support if you wish to create new templates or edit the samples.
  4. Meeting Minutes and Agendas can now record proposed and actual changes to Trustees.  
  5. The contact and entity record now display editable potential roles and client control level roles under the classification tab.

Contact Directory


The ability to list and review all contacts is now available in WealthWorks+ from the Contacts menu category.  Select the Contact Directory and use the filters to restrict the list of contacts by Contact Type, Contact Role and Status.  The list can also be restricted to Managed Entities only, Contacts only and all records.  Letter shortcuts appear at the top of the table of results to allow you to jump straight to a page with contacts beginning with a specific letter.  The search within the selected contacts can also be used to filter the list further if you know the name of the contact whose record you want to find.


Contact Directory Permissions


Access to the contact directory is controlled by the following permissions for built-in roles provided by WealthWorks+.  If you have created your own roles for users, you will need to grant permissions to the Contacts > Contact Directory > Contact Details to give access to the above function.

Meeting Minutes and Meeting Agenda Schema Administration


The ability to administer, add and edit the meeting minutes and meeting agenda schema is available in this release. The menu option can be found in the Options menu category, and the Schema Administration option.  An example schema for minutes and an agenda are provided which can be edited.  New schemas can be created from the add button and assigned to one or more contact types.  Only schemas with the status of Published can be seen by users and generate minutes from meeting registers.
