The following issues were addressed in this release of Troika, version 2.09.008.
New Features
[Support No. 22885] A new feature has been added to the Transaction Import routine for users with very large numbers of transactions. The Import function allows users to import transactions without first reviewing them posting all correctly mapped transactions and displaying none validating transactions for review.
[Support No. 23041] A new inbuilt Excel export option is now available within Wealth Management, 'Exchange Rates - View' which allows wider ranges to be exported without error.
[Support No. 23026] For processing company share transactions, all capital displays have been changed to show calls at system date rather than transaction date. The date values are struck has been added to the screens.
[Support No. 24036] A change has been made to allow Risk Assessments and Client Reviews can now include UNC paths to document locations, if required.
Fixes and Changes
[Support No. 23024] An error seen when printing a filtered exchange rate listing within 'Exchange Rates - View' has been corrected.
[Support No. 23031] Users are now able to see the partnership registration date within 'Client Details - Edit' and the Beneficial Owners register has been enabled.
[Support No. 23068] The partnership profile report has been amended to ensure the partnership registration date and number are now included.
[Support No. 23050] When editing the Client Level Descriptions used in your organisation, if a description is chosen which already matches to an existing register role (e.g. Director), you will be prompted to choose an alternative. This avoids confusion between these register entries, and Client Level Descriptions.
[Support No. 24025] Processing of Partnership capital and loan commitment balances has been moved to WealthWorks+. The register of partners can still be viewed but adding of partner interest balances should be entered via WW+. Please contact us for further advice on processing partnership administration transactions.
[Support No. 23089] VAT rates for the United Kingdom are entered within Utilities, Database tab, VAT Rates according to the schema on which our VAT return is calculated, in the event rates aren't already entered within the data. These VAT rates are based on the Sage 'T' codes.
The following probate specific issues were addressed in this release of Troika, version 2.09.008.
New Features
[Support No. 22277] Users now have the ability to produce more than one IHT217 form managing probate cases that may require this.
Fixes and Changes
[Support No. 23002] An issue with incorrect totals shown within the IHT421 Probate Summary has been corrected.
