New Features in WealthWorks+ 4.2.1

AEOI editable records and exports to XLS/XML
You can now add and edit AEOI information for both CRS (Common Reporting Standard) and FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) within WealthWorks+ without the need to go to Troika.
To update the records, find the AEOI tab on an entity, and then click in the edit (pencil) icon on the top of each of the portlets displayed to amend the records. For contact records where US Indicia is used for FATCA reporting, the US Residence and US Identification (W-8ben and W-9 IRS forms) can also be updated by accessing the Compliance tab for a contact. The US Residence and IS Identification portlets can also be updated by clicking on the edit (pencil) icon at the top of each portlet.
Exports of controlling persons and reportable accounts are available by accessing the Reporting menu category, and the Reports option. New exports available in XML and XLS formats: -

If you are using the WealthWorks+ built-in roles and permissions, users assigned these roles will automatically be granted access to this new feature as outlined below. Editable Custom Fields (User Defined Fields/UDFs)
You can now add and edit custom field information for entities, contacts, sub-funds and asset ledgers. From the entity classification tab, click on the add button in the custom fields portlet. Select the field from the groups of items available. The field will appear in an new portlet, where you can click the edit (pencil) icon to add the required data to the custom field.

If you have created your own roles within the System Admnistration area of WealthWorks+, then please edit the permissions to give relevant users access this new feature.

Generating Statutory Forms
You can now generate Statutory Forms for entities in WealthWorks+. For a selected entity, the red Actions button at the top of the page will give you a shortcut which will list available forms for the jurisdiction of your entity. Alternatively the statutory forms menu is listed within the Entities menu category. This release is provided with the main Jersey, Channel Islands statutory company forms and share certificates. Other jurisdictions will be added in future releases.

Share Capital and Share Class Records
Company Secretarial - Allotting shares to a company
You can now edit and add new share capital records to add new classes of shares to a company entity type. For a selected entity, go to the Shares tab. Click on the Add button to add a new share class record or edit an existing row by clicking on the row Actions button. Share can be alloted to a share class from the members register; select a member row and from the actions button on each row, select Allot shares.

Bulk Appointment and Cessation of Registers
You can now appoint and cease Register of Director and Register of Secretary entries in bulk. Access the menu option Bulk Assign and Bulk Cease from the menu category Registers. Select either Directors or Secretaries (other registers will be updatable in bulk in future releases).

Generating Meeting Minutes and Agendas
You can now generate meeting minutes and agendas from any of the meeting registers in WealthWorks+. Create a meeting in one of the meeting registers via the Registers tab for an entity. Select the generate agenda or minutes option on the actions button displayed on each meeting. Events both (actual and proposed) that can be included on the meeting minute or agenda include the appointment and cessation of directors and secreataries. Other event types will be made available in future releases).
