This video tutorial will show you how to add new contacts to the system.


This process will replace Entities - Add in Troika Administrator. The following contact types can be added:

  • Add Individual contact
  • Add Trust contact
  • Add Company contact
  • Add Foundation contact
  • Add Partnership contact
  • Add Other contact (for government organisations and other non-standard legal entities).


Please see the onboarding tutorial if you have a managed entity that you need to add to the system. An entity record carries full administration records and allows you to maintain much more information about the record than a basic contact.

If you are updating the registers you can only select contacts already in the database. To add a new contact, click on the Action button in the top bar menu, select Add Contact and select the appropriate category. Complete the required fields and click Save. Any mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk and WealthWorks+ will not allow you to save the contact unless these fields are completed.


(00:32) Once a contact is in the database it will be available for use within a full entity. Only use the Add Contact option for contact records as the available data capture for a contact is significantly reduced compared to a full entity record. If you need to add a full entity or client to the system, use the Onboarding process.


(00:59) To edit or add details to a contact, find the record by using the search option in the top bar menu and select the contact from the results. Some of the details for a contact are automatically populated from the full entity it is connected to and therefore need to be edited at the associated entity level as they cannot be edited from the contact record.
