To navigate through WealthWorks+, click on the left-hand menu titles to access the submenu and select an option. To minimise the main menu and maximise your working view, click on the menu icon in the top menu bar. You can still access the menu options by hovering over the icons.
(00:31) To search for data within WealthWorks+ use the search option in the top menu bar. Enter either the full search term or part of a search term with an asterisk. This will then return all results containing that term. The search uses a natural language search so you can also use AND or NOT and other terms to refine your search results.
(00:59) To open an entity, sub fund or investment that you have recently worked on, click on the recently viewed icon and select the entity from the list. If you want to quickly navigate from one entity to another you can also use the bottom search bar which automatically pulls results from the entity records as you begin to type. This feature is also available for sub funds.
(01:27) If you want to work on two entities or records simultaneously, right-click on a menu option, or entity and select 'open link in new tab'. This will then open the details in a second tab and allow you to select a second menu option or entity in the original window.
(01:47) If you need further guidance or encounter an issue, click on 'Support' on the left-hand side to open the Support widget. You can use the widget to search for answers to your questions, or to contact the Support team directly for assistance.
