Adobe will require confirmation that you trust the document before opening, and filling the form in with your estate’s information.


Two settings within Adobe, Edit, Preferences, Security (Enhanced) control this.


Firstly there is the ‘Enable Protected Mode at startup’ tick box.  If you have this ticked, Adobe will always require your confirmation as to whether you trust this document before it will open  If you do not require this security prompt, untick this box.


Secondly, there is a Privileged Location section.  If you add the Folder Path of the folder where the form templates are held (T:\Forms in a standard installation), the form will fill automatically.  In the event this remains empty, you will need to trust the document each and every time you wish the form to populate with the client information.
