Client reviews can be administered within Utilities, Tools tab and the menu option Client Review Editor.
Adding a new Client Review
To add a new client review, click the Add New Entry button.
Enter an appropriate name for the new review in the Name field.
Using the drop down list, select which entity type this client review should be made available for in the Entity field. Select 'All' if the review should be available on all entities.
Select which level of user is appropriate to complete this review.
Complete each required section of the review with:
- Section name
- Order
- Data Source
We would usually recommend using order numbers which would allow for further sections to be inserted in time, correctly within the sequence. For example; 5, 10, 15, 20 etc.
Data Source is only required where data is set to pull in from the Troika database automatically. Please seek further assistance from support before using this feature.
Once completed, click the Edit button next to each section to proceed with editing each section's details.
Editing the Client Review's Sections
Complete each line with each question's detail:
- Section - this will automatically display the section being edited
- Type - select the type of answer field required, from one of the following options:
- 1-Lookup
- 2-Data Lookup
- 3-Text box (for free text entry)
- 4-Check box
- 5-Ignore
- Question
- Caption
- Seq. - this will be the sequence in which these entries should be presented
- Level - select the level of user which is appropriate to complete this entry
- Default
We would usually recommend using sequence numbers which would allow for further lines/questions to be inserted in time, correctly within the sequence. For example; 10, 20, 30, 40 etc.
Once the basics of the entry has been completed, click Close to exit.
Within the Troika Administrator module, Client tab, use the Client Review - Add option to add a review and review setup. Click Cancel to exit the review without saving.
Returning to the Utilities module, Tools tab and the menu option Client Review Editor click the Edit entry button to further configure, populating the following further detail:
- Vertical Space - this is set to 250 by default, and is the height of the entry's line
- Question Text Position Top/Left - these will default to 0/0, but can be adjusted to move its position
- Question Text Format - this can include 'b' for bold, or 'bl' for blue text
- Caption Text Position Top/Left - these will default to 0/5, but can be adjusted to move its position
- Caption Text Format - this can include 'b' for bolf, or 'bl' for blue text
- R Text Postion Top/Left - these will default to 0/3,000, but can be adjusted to move its position
- R Text Sizing Height/Width - these will default to 250/1,250, but can be adjusted to move its position
- List data:
- For those utilising Type 1-Lookup, display options for drop-down list as 'option1;option2;option3;', for example
- For those utilising Type 3-Text box, and requiring entry in a specific way, use 'mask=dd mmm yy', for example
- Repeat
Click Close to save changes.
Revert to add a further test review within the Client Review - Add option to review the review setup. Continue to adjust formatting to get desired results.
Repeat for all entries within the section. Click Close to save all changes.
Repeat for any further sections, if required. Click Close to save all changes.
The review is now available for use within the Troika Administrator module, Client tab and the menu option Client Review - Add.
